This evening I have been mostly overdosing on Tunnock's tea cakes and snowball's whilst celebrating yesterdays Yorkshire Day! it was the big weigh in day at Slimming World and I kind of did poor I put it down to muscle building hence skating all of 3 hours last week, overnight I have become Miss Fitness Uk.
So I am using yesterdays celebrations of Yorkshire Day as a excuse to eat every Tea cake and Snowball in sight. I only gained a 1lb and a half I never indulge so I am writing this evening antic's off.
Yorkshire Tea hmmm not a big fan but I had some kicking about in the cupboard Anson swears by Yorkshire Tea, I am more of a PJ Tips kind of gal.
Two down and two to go they are only marshmallow based hardly heavy. Just a quick post I hope to share some more exciting posts tomorrow hope you are all well.
